Project 3: Concepts for Gallery

1) organic

My original concept for my gallery was that it would display organic inspired art. This refers to works similar to that of Bronwyn Oliver.

I played around with a few ideas which included an organic wooden facade with timber finishes inside in order to translate a warm earthy feel.

2) street art

a gallery that houses stencil art and stencil street art. I feel this type of art would suit the area, and be more successful as a commercial gallery. The facade would translate Newtown divese mix of people, culture and social demographics.
